Complimentary UPS Ground shipping is included on orders over $75. Every shipment is entrusted to UPS to preserve the structural and aromatic integrity of every handcrafted bake. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We do not begin the hand-forging process until your order is ready for immediate departure.

Every order follows a strict Bake-to-Ship protocol. Nothing sits. Nothing waits. Every bake is hand-forged and dispatched on the same day — because the moment an order is ready, it should be on its way to you.

The Shipping Window

Monday Through Wednesday

To guarantee that our bakes never linger in a transit hub over a weekend, we ship perishables exclusively Monday through Wednesday. Your order arrives fresh — never stranded.

The Wednesday Cutoff

12:00 PM CT — Every Wednesday

Our shipping window closes at 12:00 PM CT every Wednesday. This deliberate timing allows the majority of UPS Ground shipments to arrive by Friday — fresh, on schedule, and presented to standard.

The Monday Morning Promise

Held. Then Hand-Prepared.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday are held in our queue and hand-prepared Monday morning — baked and shipped the same day to preserve that just-baked quality from the first bite.

Address Requirements

UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow one additional business day — we recommend a Monday or Tuesday departure for these destinations.

No two shipments are exactly alike. Each order is reviewed according to its destination, forecasted temperatures, and time in transit so the appropriate level of protection can be applied when needed.

AMBER VELVET CARAMELS

Crafted to Travel Beautifully.

Amber Velvet caramels are handcrafted to maintain their quality throughout transit. Seasonal temperatures may gently soften their texture during transit. Once returned to room temperature, they naturally settle back to their intended consistency.

When additional protection is appropriate, TNT Sweets may incorporate temperature-control measures to help ensure every order arrives as beautifully as it left our studio.
