Damaged or Undelivered Orders

Selections that arrive damaged or are undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced with our warmest compliments — no questions asked.

The 24-Hour Window

To maintain our standards of quality and safety, claims submitted after the 24-hour window or without documentation may not be eligible for replacement. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Studio immediately. Because every order is baked to order, we are unable to make changes once your selection has entered the processing stage.

Should a resolution require a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution the necessary time to process and post the credit to your account.

Gift Cards

Non-Returnable. Non-Refundable.

As digital gestures of gifting, TNT Sweets gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. They never expire and are redeemable sitewide at any time.
