    Damages and Issues
    Because our products at TNT Sweets are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately at hello@tntsweets.com if your product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide a description of your issue and a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace your order at no charge if it has been damaged or was not delivered due to an issue with the shipping carrier. All claims submitted after 24 hours of receipt and without proper documentation will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

    Incorrect Address
    If a customer gives an incorrect address, we are not responsible for the package not being delivered and the customer will be charged for the product and shipping to replace the order if a replacement is requested.

    Gift Cards
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Refunds
    If you are not satisfied with your order and the issue is unable to be resolved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Cancellations
    If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at hello@tntsweets.com or call us at 469.829.4379. If the order is already being processed, you will not be able to cancel or make modifications.
