Every TNT Sweets order is made fresh to ensure the finest quality. We carefully package each item and ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders are processed in the order received and shipped via UPS Ground — unless you select an expedited option at checkout. Because every order is made fresh, we ask for your patience as we prepare your order to our standard before it leaves the studio.
At this time, TNT Sweets ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding in the future.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

Yes. Our signature Amber Velvet caramels are naturally gluten-free. However, please note that while the caramels themselves do not contain gluten ingredients, they are produced in a facility where wheat is present. If you have a severe gluten sensitivity or allergy, we recommend exercising caution before ordering.
Our sweets are produced in a facility where dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts are present. Cross-contact is possible during production. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. Our team will review and make it right.
