    1. Pour une fraîcheur optimale, nous vous conseillons de congeler les biscuits dans leur emballage d'origine si vous ne prévoyez pas de les consommer dans les 48 heures.
    2. Les cookies peuvent être conservés dans un contenant hermétique pendant au moins une semaine.
    3. Ne mettez PAS les biscuits dans une glacière ou un réfrigérateur car ils sècheront rapidement.
    4. Pour décongeler, laissez-les à température ambiante pendant environ une heure. Inutile de les sortir de leur emballage avant décongélation.
    5. Si vous préférez les biscuits chauds, faites chauffer vos biscuits au four à 350 degrés pendant 5 à 10 minutes ou au micro-ondes pendant 5 à 10 secondes.
    6. Les biscuits sont emballés et scellés individuellement pour préserver leur fraîcheur et les protéger des contaminants.

Storing Your Cookies

  • Best enjoyed within 48 hours of arrival. If saving for later, freeze in original packaging — they keep beautifully.
  • To store at room temperature, transfer to an airtight container for up to one week.
  • Avoid refrigerating — it draws out moisture and dries the cookies quickly.

Reheating & Serving

  • To defrost, leave cookies wrapped at room temperature for approximately one hour.
  • For that fresh-baked warmth, heat in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes or microwave for 5–10 seconds.
  • Lemon cookies are oven-sensitive — the glaze will melt. Enjoy at room temperature or with a brief microwave warm.
