Due to the perishable and hand-forged nature of our bakes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our thirty-year legacy. If your selection arrives in a state that is less than radiant, we are committed to making it right.

Damages & Studio Review

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of arrival. If you find your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our Studio immediately at hello@tntsweets.com.

  • Documentation: Please include a brief description and a photograph of the issue so our team can evaluate the concern.
  • Our Commitment: Selections that are damaged or undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced with our warmest compliments.
  • Note: To maintain our standards of quality and safety, claims submitted after the 24-hour window or without documentation may not be eligible for replacement.

To ensure the swift arrival of your gift, please verify your shipping information carefully before checkout. TNT Sweets is unable to assume responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. In these instances, replacement or reshipping fees may apply.

Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact the Studio immediately at hello@tntsweets.com or 469.408.4078. Because we bake to order, we are unable to make changes once your selection has entered the processing stage.

Refunds & Gift Cards

  • Refunds: Should a resolution require a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution the necessary time to process and post the credit to your account.
  • Gift Cards: As digital gestures of gifting, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
