Shipping Rates

FREE shipping is available on shipments over $50.
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping (depending on the season in reference to candy and chocolate pretzels).

Perishable Items (Cookies, Candy, Chocolate Pretzels)

• Shipping Days: Monday - Wednesday to ensure freshness and avoid perishables sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed Monday - Wednesday before 12:00 PM CT will ship within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
• Expedited Shipping: Exceptions can be made for expedited shipments. 

🚫 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

🛫 Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments require an extra day for delivery. We recommend choosing Monday or Tuesday for shipping to these states.

🌍 International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Warm Weather Shipping (April - October)

• Chocolate pretzels & candy are sent by Expedited shipping with cold packs to prevent melting.
• Florida Shipments: Requires Expedited shipping and warm weather packaging year-round due to the warm climate for chocolate pretzels and candy.

TNT Luxe Merch (Apparel & Accessories)

TNT Luxe Merch, including stainless steel water bottles, coasters, ceramic mugs, eco totes, aprons, stainless steel tumblers, and drinkware, is fulfilled by a 3rd party and follows different shipping policies:

• Shipping Methods: Offers Standard and Expedited shipping options.
• Fulfillment Time: Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days after processing.
• Delivery Estimates:
  o    Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days (varies by location).
  o    Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
• Shipping Restrictions: Shipping availability depends on the destination country. Some regions may have additional processing times.

🚚 Separate Shipments: If your order contains both perishable items and TNT Luxe Merch, they will be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
