on all selections and collections over $75. To ensure the structural and aromatic integrity of our hand-forged bakes, all shipments are handled exclusively by UPS. Expedited options are available at checkout to suit your specific gifting timeline.
The Studio Commitment to Freshness
To ensure your gift reaches its destination at the peak of freshness, we follow a strict
Bake-to-Ship protocol. We do not begin the hand-forging process until your selection is ready for immediate departure.
- The Shipping Window: To guarantee that our bakes never linger in a transit hub over a weekend, we ship perishables exclusively
Monday through Wednesday.
- The Wednesday Cutoff: Our shipping window concludes at
12:00 PM CT every Wednesday. This deliberate timing allows the majority of UPS Ground shipments to arrive by Friday.
- The Monday Morning Promise:
To preserve the "Just-Baked" quality of your gift, orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday are held in our queue.
These selections are hand-forged on Monday morning, ensuring they are baked and shipped on the same
day. - Delivery Logistics: UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For shipments to
Alaska and Hawaii, please allow one additional business day; we recommend a Monday or Tuesday departure for these destinations.
- International: Our bakes are currently available for domestic delivery only.
Warm Weather Considerations
- Caramel Care: Between April and October, our caramels travel via UPS Expedited with cold-pack protection to preserve their artisanal texture.
- Florida Shipments: Due to regional temperatures, Florida deliveries require UPS Expedited service and warm-weather packaging year-round.

- Artisanal Fulfillment: Our apparel and accessory collections are processed through our specialized third-party partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment.
