Our Cookies, Candy, and Pretzels are made to order to ensure the freshest product possible. We work very hard to package and ship all orders as quickly as possible which can vary depending on demand such as the holiday season. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We ship our products every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless an expedited shipping option is selected. For additional shipping information, click here.

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

TNT Sweets offers local delivery to Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, and nearby areas. Please call us at 469.408.4078 to schedule.

We do not offer onsite set-up.

We do not offer custom decorations or custom packaging for
our products.

Our Caramels, Turtles and Chews are gluten free.

Due to our dough mixing process TNT Sweets products may have come in contact with dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.

If you have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients, it is best not to consume our products.

If an issue with your order is unable to be resolved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
