Damages & Issues
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately at hello@tntsweets.com if your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include a brief description and photo so our team can evaluate the issue and make it right. Orders that are damaged or not delivered due to carrier error will be replaced at no charge. Claims submitted after 24 hours, or without proper documentation, are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
TNT Sweets is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please verify your information carefully before checkout. If an order has shipped to an incorrect address, replacement and reshipping fees may apply.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
If we are unable to resolve your concern, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at hello@tntsweets.com
or call 469.408.4078. Once an order has entered processing, cancellations or modifications cannot be made.
