SHIPPING POLICY

TNT Sweets prepares and ships handcrafted products with careful attention to freshness, presentation, and product integrity.

SHIPPING CARRIER AND RATES

TNT Sweets ships orders via UPS. Complimentary UPS Ground shipping is available on orders over $75. Eligible Ember Club subscribers may also receive complimentary UPS Ground shipping on their first qualifying order.

Expedited shipping options, when available, may be selected at checkout. Available shipping methods and rates are determined at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Perishable orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to help reduce the possibility of packages remaining in transit over a weekend.

The weekly shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM Central Time each Wednesday. Orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff are held in the production queue and prepared for shipment beginning the following Monday.

TNT Sweets follows a Bake-to-Ship process. Handcrafted products are prepared according to their production schedule and shipped promptly once ready for departure.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

UPS cannot deliver TNT Sweets shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. A valid physical delivery address is required.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional transit consideration. Monday or Tuesday departure may be used or recommended for these destinations.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

Certain products, including handcrafted caramels, may require additional consideration during warm-weather months or when shipping to warmer destinations.

Each applicable shipment may be evaluated based on destination, forecasted temperatures, and anticipated transit time. TNT Sweets may use appropriate temperature-control or protective measures when necessary.

Seasonal temperatures may gently soften caramels during transit. Once returned to room temperature, the caramels should naturally settle toward their intended consistency.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing products with different production, preparation, or fulfillment timelines may be shipped separately.

Each product is prepared according to its own production schedule. Separate fulfillment allows products to ship at an appropriate stage of freshness rather than being held while other items in the same order are completed.

An order may therefore arrive in one or multiple shipments.

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT

Once an order has been transferred to UPS, carrier transit and delivery operations are managed by UPS. TNT Sweets takes care in preparing and protecting each shipment before departure.
