The Amber Velvet is slow-cooked with precision producing a caramel that is tender and melt-in-your-mouth at room temperature without ever crossing into difficult territory. Built on Kerrygold pure Irish butter and organic cane sugar then finished with kosher sea salt folded directly into the batch — not sprinkled on top. The result is a pronounced, fully integrated sweet and salty balance in every single piece, not just the ones that caught the garnish.
