The Amber Velvet is slow-cooked with precision producing a caramel that is tender and melt-in-your-mouth at room temperature without ever crossing into difficult territory. Built on premium European-style butter and organic cane sugar then finished with kosher sea salt folded directly into the batch — not sprinkled on top. The result is a pronounced, fully integrated sweet and salty balance in every single piece, not just the ones that caught the garnish.

  • Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
  • Store in an airtight container for 6–9 months.
  • Freeze in a zip-top freezer bag for up to 1 year.
  • To thaw, place at room temperature until soft.
