  • Immediate Enjoyment: For the most vibrant flavor profile, we recommend enjoying your bakes within one week of arrival.
  • Short-Term Care: To maintain the delicate fruit-to-crumb balance, store at room temperature in an airtight vessel in a cool, dry place.
  • The Studio Rule: Do not refrigerate your bakes, as this environment can compromise the texture of the Orchard Reserve crumb.

The Archive Method (Freezing)

  • Preserving the Reserve: To extend the life of your selection, cookies may be frozen in their original packaging and placed within a zip-top freezer bag for up to one month.
  • The Thaw: To restore the bake's natural character, simply allow it to rest at room temperature until fully thawed.
  • A Note on Radiance: To preserve the integrity of the artisanal glaze, do not heat Orchard Reserve selections in the oven or microwave, as this will compromise the finish.
